Welcome! I’m Margaret

I’m a product and strategy leader with over a decade of experience bringing clarity to complex environments. I’ve embedded within cross-functional teams at Microsoft, McKinsey, and AECOM to turn deep human insights into shipped products and scalable enterprise platforms. I’ve also partnered with clients in a spectrum of industries - from emerging tech to infrastructure to enterprise SAAS - to deliver successful outcomes on high-stakes projects.

I sit at the intersection of strategic foresight, systems design, and behavioral research. Being a design leader requires an inherent curiosity about what people do, why they do it, and how complex systems fail them. I don't believe in design for design’s sake. Whether architecting autonomous infrastructure tools, scaling a global service framework, or navigating the future of work, my focus is on translating ambiguous market pressures into practical, high-craft digital products that deliver real business value.

My leadership philosophy is grounded in operational care. I’ve spent years working with globally distributed teams from New York to LA (and every continent except Antarctica!) and I’ve learned that elite cross-functional execution requires breaking down silos and investing heavily in relationships. I treat my product teams, engineers, and stakeholders with the same care and intentionality that I bring to the user experience itself - focusing on meeting unique needs, process & capability building, and cultivating design maturity.

A normal person.

I am a maker and explorer when I’m away from my desk, too. Find me experimenting with my pizza dough recipe, re-watching David Lynch, or on my way to the nearest body of water with my (furry and non-furry) family members.
